There's the Official X-Files site. They've actually updated it and it's not terrible. Personally, I wish they wouldn't open right up to a spoiler. That's very annoying.
Gossamer is the mother of all fanfiction archives. There are now three sites (all alike) to choose from.

The parody is out there! Check out the Hex Files. Krycek tends to be the butt of some of the jokes but it's still a funny read.

I got this URL thanks to one of the mailing lists I belong to. It has links to many different fandoms it's fandom.tv.
