And so it begins. A mere two sentences out of the mouth of his new partner and with his second sentence he accuses her of being a spy. This sets the tone for the uneasy alliance which develops into the relationship we see now.
Interrupting Scully while she is talking: Sheesh! Let the woman get a word in edgewise will ya!
Less than polite behavior upon meeting a new partner: Could he be a little snarkier? He's lucky Scully didn't slap him then.
Leaving his partner in the dark: It's their first case together and already he's purposely leaving out information leaving Scully to find things out after the fact.
Less than polite behavior while working: While it's necessary to take pictures it's kinda rude to do so when you know the flash will be flashing in someone's face. It's hard to see things with flash spots in your vision.
Barking orders: Is she your partner or your subordinate? The word 'please' wouldn't hurt any either.
Calling at home late at night: What because he can't sleep no one else can?
Vandalism: Spray painting the road is a no-no. People generally frown on graffiti.
