Dr. Berenbaum: Does my scientific detachment disturb you? Mulder: No. No, actually, I, I find it quite refreshing. |
Mulder you are such a liar. It's amazing how some folks will tell such outrageous lies in order to get in good with someone they are trying to hit on.
As usual Mulder completely takes Scully for granted. He calls her when he wants information then hangs up on her when he's done. Number of times Mulder hangs up on Scully in this episode: four.
Talking on the cell phone while roaming around property he wasn't supposed to be on: Not exactly the way to avoid being caught.
Using what can only be described as one of the cheesiest come on lines on the planet: I could only cringe.
Drooling over Dr. Bambi in the most pathetic and obvious way even hanging up on Scully when she called while he was talking to the bug woman.
Continuing on the theme of Mulder's pathetic pick-up attempts: Lying about being fascinated by bugs. 0Also notice how he never mentioned his own belief in UFO's when the good doctor mentioned her experiments attempting to debunk UFO sightings.
So now Mulder finds Dr. Bambi's scientific detachment refreshing. Funny how he never says the same thing about the same quality in his partner.
How rude! After Mulder hears a quip he doesn't like he responds by telling Scully she smells bad. Then to add insult to injury he walks away taking the umbrella with him leaving Scully to stand in the rain with no rain gear.
Trespassing: This time he's in the U.S. so he can't claim he couldn't read the sign because it was in Spanish.
Breaking and Entering: To compound the trespassing offense he breaks into the house on the property he had no business being on.
