Arcadia

Mulder nearly uses the empty juice carton for a most disgusting of alternate uses.

Scully:  Rob and Laura Petrie?

Mulder:  "Pee-trie."

Scully:  Mulder, if we ever go undercover again I get to choose the names, okay?

Mulder:  Fine.

Scully:  This tells me that you're not taking this seriously.

Mulder:  I'm taking it seriously.  I just don't understand why we're on it.  It's our first catch back on the X-Files.  This isn't an X-File.

Scully:  Sure it is.  It's unexplained.  What do you want, aliens?  Tractor beams?

Mulder:  Wow.  Admit it, you just want to play house.

Figures Mulder would go straight to the juvenile sex jokes.  He can be such a child.

General Punkesque Behavior

Choosing those stupid undercover names.  Rob and Laura Petrie?  Why didn't he just choose John and Jane Doe?  The fact that the were using pseudonyms would have been less obvious.

Anyone who doubts that chivalry is dead should note Mulder's behavior when "Rob" and "Laura" were moving into the house.  The welcome woman hands Scully a huge basket that Scully is clearly having trouble with and what does Mulder do?  Not a damn thing to help her!  Now who still thinks chivalry is alive?

It is so typical for Mulder to make juvenile jokes and innuendoes which we all know he will notfollow up on.

Mulder should not be allowed to make up the details of "Rob" and "Laura's" lives.  He makes up the most ridiculous un-Scullylike details for "Laura."

Mulder will make a lousy husband if he doesn't learn to put the toilet seat down.

Mulder deserves a slap for even considering that disgusting alternate use for the juice carton.

Was Mulder planning on just standing on the stoop and watch while the tulpa got him or was he going to at least try to run for his life?
