Scully: Mulder, you're telling me it's more important to track down four dead bodies than one live murderer. Mulder: He's not our murderer, and those four dead bodies aren't dead and the millennium is... [he looks at his watch] ...14 hours away. Scully: Mulder, those people, even when they were alive mangled biblical prophecy to the extent that it's unrecognizable. The year 2000 is just their artificial deadline and besides, 2001 is actually the start of the new millennium. Mulder: [smiling slightly] Nobody likes a math geek, Scully. |
No one likes a Punk Ass either but that has never stopped Mulder from behaving like one.
As usual it has appeared that Mulder neglected to mention something about the case to Scully before dragging her down to the cemetery.
Why does Mulder do these things? He asks Frank Black if he minds if he and Scully join him like Mr. Black had a choice in the matter. It's not like Mulder would have gone away if Frank Black had said "no."
Mulder must think that running a guilt trip on a person works as well with other people as it does with Scully because he tries the same technique on Frank Black.
Interrupting Scully: A not uncommon Mulder habit.
"No one likes a math geek?" Bite me Mulder! I am offended by that comment even if Scully wasn't.
Mulder should really consider carrying a pair of latex gloves with him when he goes a-hunting. Digging around in other people's garbage is gross. Doing it without gloves is disgusting.
Mulder's a dumb ass. He's in the house of someone he suspects is involved with raising the dead. This person is also involved in the death of a sheriff's deputy. He's in the basement of the suspects house and is surrounded by zombies. The suspect is at the top of the stairs so Mulder runs to the door and when the door is closed he bangs on the door demanding to be let out. Did he really think that this would be an effective way to get out of his predicament?
Ugh! Why does Scully put up with this crap? After all these years that is how he kisses her? That pathetic kiss is so not going to turn any woman's head. And, while I'm on the subject, what took him so bleepin' long? It's only been a year and a half since his first attempt. Mulder is so lucky that Scully is as far gone as she is as far as he's concerned otherwise he'd have to worry about some other man trying to win her affections.
Trespassing: Apparently the chain and padlock was not a clue to keep out since Mulder completely disregards such hints as he climbs the fence to gain entry. Apparently Mulder forgot that when one enters a property which doesn't belong to him without a warrant it's called trespassing. I'm sure the FBI frowns on it as a method of whiling away an afternoon.
