Humble and Fred Fest, Toronto ON, Aug 28, 99

The day was extremely hot...those of who were there would agree. Most of the bands that were there really didn't interest me. Just The Watchmen (of course), Big Sugar and Scratching Post. Late in the afternoon I met up with the WM guys and got a couple pictures taken...it was great how they remembered me from the last show I was at!
They had a good time to play...it was during the sunset so that was awesome. They played great (of course) with a good mix of old and new songs. One awesome part was they started playing a part of 'Hope' by R.E.M. during Say Something!! That was a great treat!! They also played part of a Police song during Lusitana! I was in sort of a sad state when they played so this review isn't as in depth as my others for the fact that I really couldn't get into the concert as I normally do. Here's the setlist for the show: (make sure you go check out the broadcast in real audio located on my main page!)
Set List:
Danny's Solo
Say Something --w/ part of Hope by REM
Come Around
Silent Radar
Lusitana --w/ part of a Police song Everywhere is Grey
