I don't think this page will be finnished

But maybe someday if i get really really bored

I'm a right handed player so if you are lefthanded,
then you'll have to mirror all the things.

The throws I use are:

Regular Backhand throw

Regular Forehand throw

Roller Backhand throw

I use a backhand roller when i need a long fast straight roll.
I throw it like a little too low regular throw with about
a 40 degree anhyzer, and useing my stingray that will turn about
another 40 degree anhyzer,so it lands almost standing up rolling
away from me at around 25-50m away.
By controlling the release angle and the fly lenght,
I can get it to turn of right , left , early or later.
And the disc shouldn't land vertical to the ground,
since it then turns right fast and goes long to the right.
You still have about the same amount of liftforce working on the
bottom of the disc on a fast (and long) roller, so that's why you
need to have a slight tilt on the disc to make it go straight.

Roller Forehand throw

This is a throw i use when i'm out in the ruff somewhere,
and can't really use a regular throw to get out.
This one i throw with the disc almost standing up from the
beginning and lands <5m away.
And the disc rolls a shorter distance before falling down and stop.

Roller Generally

The equilibrium angle is when all the forces on the disc are
equal, so that it rolls straight,
but due to the fact that the disc has a different shape compared to a
wheel you need to tilt it a little to compensate for the lift force
that makes the discs fly in the first place.
If the disc is tilted away from the equilibrium angle,
then it will turn that direction.
And the faster the disc rolls the more the equilibrium angle
is shifted to the bottom side of the disc to compensate for the
regular lift force.

Roller Discs

A disc with a sharp edge is better in my opinion.
For backhand throws a disc that has a heavy turnover to the
side where the spin of the disc is the same as the direction
that is will roll.
(useing stingray and a righthanded backhand throw myself)
For forehand throws i use mostly stringray , but sometimes even
X-clone, a little depending on stance and what direction
I want to roll the disc in.
All the discs charateristics are still in effect when you throw a
roller, just the fact that one side is touching the ground isn't
enought to not stop the disc from turning as it does in air.
