Hmmm, looks like Briggs is giving
his orders now. Actually, his real name
is Jacob Eric Marksty, but we all call him
Briggs. He always seems to act like he's
in the army, which isn't surprising
considering the fact that he's in charge
of a new Rover brigade, the Rover Special
Task Force. Hmmm...Briggs...brigade...
maybe it's a coincidence. Oh well.
