On top, Chris and the pimp squad in Portugal for the Summer of '99 Pimpin' ain't easy, even in Portugal where the lust for American booty is at an all time high. Of course, average household income is at an all time low, so prices were slashed and dashed, even in the remote mountains and hilltops.
