Cut the backstrap into bite size pieces Italian Salad Dressing Steak Sauce 1 packet of onion soup mix Carrots Potatoes 1 can of cream of mushroom soup Take venison and marinate in Italian dressing and steak sauce for about three hours.Place in crock pot and add 1 packet of onoin soup mix and just cover meat with water. Cook on high for 4-5 hours, add carrots and potatoes, reduce heat to low. Cook until carrots are soft, add cream of mushroom soup and cook for additional 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
