Cole Slaw
(without Mayo)
- l medium head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- I tsp. celery
- 1/2 tsp. tumeric
- 1 C cider vinegar
- 1 C white vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
Boil the sauce ingredients and pour over cabbage and vegetables while still quite hot. Toss and let stand to room temperature and serve
