OBJECTIVE
This is the place to apply for the Site of the Month. Here is how it works: all Emails accumulated by me are accounted for for the next month of Site of the Month. I will scan all submissions. However, if you are interested in applying for this award, then you are more than welcome to do so. There are though, a few restrictions and rules that are in effect. Please view these rules and consider carefully. If your site fits all of these rules, then by all means, submit your site. Good luck!

RULES/RESTRICTIONS

You can nominate your own or someone else's site

It must be Sailor Moon related

You must nominate a site that demonstrates outstanding effort

You cannot nominate a site that is not complete

You cannot nominate an anti-Sailor Moon site

You can only nominate one site

You must completely fill out the form to qualify the site

Please make sure you include http:// in the URL space

AFTERWARDS
If you are the one who does in fact, win, you will be contacted through Email, so it is imperative that you include your Email address on the form below. If you do not get a reply, it means that you probably didn't win. The prize is a golden award, and well....for the eyes of the winners only. See if you have what it takes to win! ^_^
