• Addendum: The Maximum Spider is both a restricted and an unrestricted super. The time period in which your opponent is falling and a brief period of time while they are lying on the ground, is restricted. If you pause for a bit and then go for the OTG it will be unrestricted, however they will still be unable to roll. You can then launch them for a full air combo.
  • Throws can register as a number greater than one. After a jump in a character can be thrown for a number greater than one. For instance Red Venom jumps in with J.Jab, J.Strong, then if the throw is timed correctly when he lands it will register as a three.
  • Restricted OTG properties for Supers like the Berserker Barrage X, and the Captain Sword can be killed through a unique method; the Team Super. For instance, suppose Wolverine and Captain Commando are on the same team. Say Wolverine corners his opponent and connects with (to keep it simple) C.Jab, C.Fierce, Team Super. Captain Commando follows the Berserker Barrage with a Captain Sword. Now you would usually assume the OTG after the Captain Sword would be restricted. However, it is not. You can OTG with a C.Short(OTG), S.Roundhouse and then follow up with a Captain Sword or a full air combo. The CPU will allow you to super jump. Wolverine can also do similiar, suppose he is teamed with Spiderman. Spiderman comboes a Team Super and leads with a Crawler Assault, Wolverine will follow with a Berserker Barrage X. As the opponent lands Wolverine is able to OTG his opponent and then go for a full air combo, Berserker Barrage X, or Berserker Barrage. Without the Team Super the CPU would not have allowed this to happen. Overall Team supers tend to eliminate OTG restrictions that would usually occured after a Super had taken under normal circumstances. Strangely the CPU restricts Chun-li's Senretsu Kyaku, which is move that will not allow for an OTG otherwise. It will not allow Chun-li to go for a full air combo or super.
  • Restricted OTG's cannot be rolled out of. That means after air combos and restricted OTG supers you are unable to roll. In a sence your opponent as a free OTG if they can execute properly.
  • Two Throws cannot be teched; Zangief's Strong Throw and Red Venom's Strong Throw. Keep this in mind as certain types of players try to use them as combo starters. All other throws have a primary tech. Morrigan's Vector Drain, and Zangief's Running Bear Grab as well as his Spinning Pile Driver can be teched.
