Sailor Moon related. You must not include any HENTAI that comes out of the series. You also need to have a fair amount of things to do in your site, as well as have the basics (information you need to cover, and the necessary amount of pictures to convey yourself).

All the above requirements, and YOU have to demonstrate your knowledge of Sailor Moon or characters. You need to have incredible amounts of information, and impress me. Fan-fics could also join this category as information. Using rhetoric is wise to convince visitors including me, that you deserve this award.

All of the above requirments. You need to demonstrate beauty and a commanding presence of your site. Lots of information, and lots of graphics to convey your ideas, is necessary.

Since this award is second to the hardest, I do expect a lot for this award. No broken links, all above requirments fufilled, and you have to demonstrate a unique quality of your site.
