Ray Alta Northup was born September 26, 1880 in Seattle, Washington; the 4th of 9 chidren to Benson Leonidas Northup, Sr. and Florell Eleanor CURTIS. (Note: A 10th child was adopted: Rena Day Northup at eleven years of age.) He married #1) Annie Reed; (b. February 6, 1885, d. August 15, 1925 of cancer) Sep 21, 1902, (Divorced). He married #2) Mary, (Divorced). He married #3) Dora Thayer, who died November 30, 1955. He died in January 19, 1962. (Note: Annie Reed was sister to George Northup's wife, Hazel Reed Ozouf.)
