Roadhouse
In 1987, Pete formed "Roadhouse" together with Trevor
Brewis (drums), Wayne Grant (bass), Richard Day (guitar) and Paul Jackson
(vocals) to make one self-titled album with them. It seems Roadhouse doesn't
exist anymore.

PETE ON THE VH1 DEF LEPPARD BIO SPECIAL |
In the last year or so, VH1 took it upon themselves to
document the rise
( and what ever you call it today) of Def Leppard.
It starts right at day one, from their scruffy beginnings
in Sheffield, to lots of naked women under their stage. Surprisingly they
actually looked up Pete to interview for this bit of tv journalism. He
seemed subdued and if not a bit sad, he acknowledged his problems with
drink leading to his exit from the band and said very little in ways of
negative comments towards the band. On the other hand Joe Elliot was less
than gracious with his comments. When addressing Pete's dismissal, he just
made a big joke out of it, " We gave him the Spanish archer, El bow" (
quite kind of you Joe...)
Nothing else was mentioned of Pete after his departure
from Leppard, and there you go.
In light of this and Joe's comment, I decided that someone
should give Pete his due; hence this site. More will be forth coming as
information is gathered, as I plan on not letting people forget what is
was like when Def Leppard were a force to be recond with...
The veiws expressed here are wholey Riff Bludgeon-Ola's ( well actually quite a few Def Leppard fans, but i digress..) Pete and Def Leppard mark 1 were neat, so there........and good day to you. |
