¾ cups sugar2 Tbs. All purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream
1 Tbs. Vanilla
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
1 egg
2 cups chopped apples

Heat oven to 375-deg. Mix sugar, flour, and salt. Beat in sour cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and egg with a fork
until smooth. Stir in apples. Pour into unbaked pie
shell. Bake until center is set. About 45 minutes.
BROWN SUGAR TOPPING
1/3 cups flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbs. Butter
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Mix all ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle topping
over pie; bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
