1 medium onion
2 T. butter
1/2 cup celery
1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup water
2 T. vinegar
1 1/2 T. lemon juice
2 T. Worcestershire Sauce
2 T. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. country style pork spareribs

Blend all ingredients except ribs in a blender or a
food processor. Place ribs in a shallow baking pan.
Bake at 325ยบ for 30 minutes. Remove from oven &drain
fat. Increase oven temp. to 375-deg. Pour blended sauce
over ribs. Bake 1 hr. longer.
