4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 cans mushroom slices
Baby carrots (small bag)
1 med. sized onion sliced
1 lg. Green pepper (thinly sliced)
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt

Flatten chicken breasts to ½-inch thick. Place each on
a piece of heavy-duty foil. (Foil should be 12" x 12"
square). Layer mushrooms, carrots, onions, and green
peppers on top of the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and
pepper. Fold foil around chicken and veggies and seal
tightly. Bake at 375-deg. for 30 minutes or until
juices run clear.
