1-1/2 cups water
2 Tbs butter
1/8 tsp garlic powder
3 cups mashed potato
1 cup milk
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp prepared mustard
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Lightly butter 2 quart casserole. In medium saucepan,
bring water, butter, and garlic powder to boil. Remove
from heat; stir in potatoes, milk, cheese, mustard &
eggs until well blended. Place mixture in buttered
casserole and bake 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly
heated in 325° oven.
