The 1st.RAF Plotting the Downfall of JG26

Hmmmm...where to begin. I was born in 1910 to a young couple in California......my mother (god rest her soul) died giving birth to me her only child. My father a great man was an airmen during the Great War and managed to score 10 ariel victories before he was shot down and killed. Orphaned I was sent to live with distant relatives in the midwest and learned to fly when I was 12. Although I found great satisfaction when I was flying I still felt that I was in need of something more. Early on I realized that the U.S. was doing everything they could to stay out of the war that I knew would eventually come. I learned thru some friends that the RAF were looking for volunteers. I hastily packed up my things and made my was accross the Atlantic. I was greeted with a warm welcome by the Brits who took me in as one of their own. Rushed thru flight training I soon found myself here among the great men youll find in these halls......my brothers, who I live for, fight along side and would die for............
