When she fights, Arashi is wild, determinated and without scruples: she's ready to everything for winning, and one she had put the enemy down, the only wish of her heart is to kill him/her/it, without mercy. A perfect war machine.
In everyday life, Arashi, is a very reserved and cold girl: she shuts all her feelings and opinions inside herself, refusing categorically to reveal them to anyone - sometimes, either to herself. Inside of Arashi, there's a deep sadness and a burning desire of revenge, that explodes out in an aggressive personality.
She doesn't love the company and to chat. And she doesn't love to show or feel affection towards someone: too big is the fear of loosing this person she gave her heart to...

In casual clothes: Arashi despises purely, what's our current concept of fashion. She likes to wear long elegant - old fashioned - dresses, better if in blood red, marroon or black. In absence of better, she chooses to wear masculine large clothes, always in dark colors.

Fuku: white suit, with puffy sleeves (think to Sailormoon's suit). Brown pleated skirt and brown collar, with a white stripe. Black chocker, with a brown oval jewel on it. Normal gloves. In the middle of the puffy belt, there it it a black jewel.
Frontal bow and back bow, are both black and normal.
The tiara is golden, with a black rounded gem in the middle.
The brooch in the middle of the frontal bow, is brown and rounded.
Shoes: high-heeled short boots, the upper part of the boot falls losely on the foot, covering the pin.

Vulcan Power, Make-Up!

Arashi raises her Vulcan henshin wand (a black stick, topped by a sort of golden capital V), her planetary symbol on the top of the henshin, paint on her forehead the Vulcan symbol in maroon light. The whole Arashi's body shines of a blood-red light. Then the girl widened her eyes, the red light blasts all around, replaced by the Sailor fuku

The Vulcan Warhammer

Arashi's weapon. Basically, a huge hammer.

Incandescent Magma Flow!

Two magma streams, leap Sailor Vulcan's tiara's gem. They spin around Arashi's hands and form two incandescent magma globes.

Explosive Lapillus!

Sailor Vulcan passes one hand in her blonde hair: by the contact little burning sparkles are created. Then she waves her hands before the enemy and the sparkles fly towards him, turning into explosive lapillus of burning lava.

Purifier Eructation!

The attack that Sailor Vulcan, summons thanks to her weapon.
The warhammer turns able to break, crash and/or melt everything.

Flaming Wings

Not an attack. They are the index of Arashi's 'extremely' bad mood and determination to fight (in few words: if you see 'em, start to run!).
They are merely a pair of huge wings, made of blazing fire. Thanks to them, Sailor Vulcan can also fly.
