| Unlike so many IBM/PC users that bash the Macintosh without ever
having laid a finger on one, I have used both. When I changed jobs and found myself faced with a Mac for the first time, I panicked. It took less than 2 weeks for the panic to leave. I was using the Mac with ease in no time at all. I grew to love the Mac with its "user friendly" OS. I hope you enjoy my pages and bookmark them to return as they grow. NEWS!~Gold Medal for iMac
The iMac proves there is no substitute for product
excitement, says Noel Zeller, commenting on BusinessWeek
Online’s Decade of Design Gold Medal award to Apple.
Since 50% of iMac customers are first-time users, it is fair to

It is with some sadness that I must report that Tripod
has decided to eliminate PODS. Those of you that have
been members of PODS understand what I mean. For those
of you unfamiliar, PODS were special interest groups
on tripod that are being discontinued effective Dec. 15th.
But all is not lost! We are moving on to bigger and better things!
I have already created a new place on Lycos for all Mac enthusiasts.
Its called the Think Different Club! All you have to do to join is
click on the link below, follow the simple instructions and you are in!
If you are a Tripod member, you are already a Lycos member.
All you need is your name and password. If you are not a Tripod member,
joining Lycos is free and easy to do. Just follow the instructions
to join Lycos and then to join the club itself. Our goal is 50 members
or more in the new club by March 15th.
