Silentbob's Sushi History-

Sushi is one of the several unique dishes of Japan. There are many other kinds, such as hirame(flounder),ika(squid), tako(octopus),hotategai(scallop),and tamagoyaki(sweet egg omelette). Sushi can either be ordered a la carte or as a set. Sets usually come in three grades,tokujo(extra-special),jo(special)and nami (regular)depending on the price of the ingredients included.Sets usually include a selection of nigirizusi and makizushi(roll sushi)and are served in individual lacquer bowls or on small wooden trays with legs.
