Vegetarian & Vegan Chili Rellano Casserole

Recipe Ingredients


3/4 Cup Bisquick™
1 1/2 Cups milk
4 Eggs - separated
1 Large can whole Ortega™ green chili's
1 lb Jack cheese - grated 1 Cup Longhorn cheese - grated






Recipe Directions


Split chili's and lay them flat in bottom of 9 X 13 baking dish.
Next a layer of Jack cheese
Repeat till all is used.
Beat egg whites till stiff. fold in yolks.
Mix milk and bisquick together.
Gently fold into egg mixture...
Pour on top of chili's

Bake: 350° for 1 hour....top with Longhorn cheese.
