1 Pkg tortilla chips
1 Med. onion - fine chopped
2-3 Cloves garlic
2 Tblsp vegetable oil
4 Cups chicken broth
1/2 Cups chopped red bell pepper
1 Tsp chili flakes
3/4 Tsp dried basil leaves
1 Can tomato puree (15 oz.)
2 Cups cooked cubed chicken breast
Grated jack and cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook onion, garlic, and red bell peppers in oil, stir in chicken broth, chili flakes, basil, puree, salt and pepper.
Heat to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, uncovered.
Serve over tortilla chips, and top with cheese.
