1 lb round steak
2 tbsp of salad oil
1 medium onion sliced
1 medium bell pepper, sliced
1 envelope of Au Jus gravy mix
3/4 cup water
4 tsp of soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
3 cups hot cooked rice (instant if
you like)

Slice meat. Cook meat, onions and pepper in skillet in hot oil until meat is browned. Stir in remaining ingredients except rice. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve over rice.
