1 (12oz) bottle ground cinnamon
3/4-1 cup applesauce

Mix applesauce and cinnamon to make a stiff dough.  Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness.
Cut with Christmas cookie cutters.  Make hole for ribbon.  Carefully put on a cooling
rack or baking sheet to dry.  Let air dry for several days, turning occasionally.  
Makes 12 ornaments.

*Note:  This is great for kids.  There is no baking involved.  And if they eat it, it
won't harm them.  It won't taste good, but it won't harm them.  This makes great
gingerbread man cookies.  They are really cute.  

*Another note:  If you don't have to worry about kids eating them, the little bottles
of craft paint are a great way to decorate.  They are easy and they don't make a mess.
