Schnitzel
3 pork chops 2 eggs, beaten 1 cup bread crumbs 1 tbsp flour Salt & pepper to taste Oil Mix together crumbs, flour, salt and pepper. Salt and pepper the pork chops. Dip pork chops in eggs; then batter them in bread crumb and flour mixture. Brown each side of the pork chops in hot skillet with a little oil. Cook until juices of pork chops are clear. Serves 2.
