Upside Down Pizza

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 med onion, chopped
1 jar (15 1/2 oz) pizza sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
8 oz Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350*.  Brown ground beef and onion, drain.  Blend in pizza sauce,
garlic salt and oregano.  Put mixture in greased 9x13 pan and sprinkle with
Mozzarella.  In small bowl mix eggs, milk, oil, salt and flour; pour over meat mixture
and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.  Bake 30 minutes.  Serves 12.

*Note:  Mushrooms, bell peppers, Italian sausage, pepperoni, and/or Canadian bacon may be added if desired.)
