Chocolate Frosting

3 cup    Sifted Powdered Sugar
2/3 cup  Baking Cocoa
1/2 cup  Margarine, Softened
5-6 TBSP Milk
1 tsp    Vanilla

Beat 1 cup powdered sugar, cocoa, 2TBSP milk and vanilla until creamy, gradually
beating in remaining sugar and milk until smooth.
