Ku-Band Spectrum Analyzer Plots

Until I get a chance to play around with a Ku-Truck for a day,
here are some pictures taken last fall by some colleagues.  The time was approximately 2:00p.m. (E)

Galaxy 3R has the CCTV broadcast at 12170H, there is a trianglular signal at 12020H.  It is 20MHz wide

GE 1 is fine.  There are several NBC programming feeds on the Horizontal side.

Steve makes no comment on this one so I'll post it as fine.

GE 3 has the Leitch encrypted CNN Newsource feed at 11880H

Steve makes no comment about changes observed on this one.

GStar 4

GStar 4
G Star 4 has changed.  The large hump has moved to the right of the signal on the right, and there are now two small humps on the right.

Satcom K2


Satcom K2
Satcom K2 has its ID at 12112.5V

SBS 4

Steve comments - "SBS 4, I couldn't find it, NBC moved off it to K2."

SBS 5

According to Steve, SBS 5 does not appear to be there anymore, he believes it was replaced by Galaxy XR.  There is a whole lot of digital traffic up there on the Horizontal pole of the satellite in that position.

SBS 6 is fine.

Telstar 4

Telstar 4 is fine.

Telstar 5

Telstar 5
Telstar 5 is fine.

Telstar 6

Telstar 6
Telstar 6 has a taller, more rounded signal from 12160V to 12190V, the telemetry beacon is still at 12200V.
