Hollywood SquaresForget Whoopi, this is a loving tribute to the original Squares with Peter Marshall, Paul Lynde and Charley Weaver. Lots of pics, trivia and one-liners. Excellent work, Dixon!
Kids from C.A.P.E.R.Erin's tribute to this short-lived classic ... well, she likes to think it was so we humour her 'cause we like her ;-) Seriously, though, '70s fandom at its best this one, nice blast from the past.
The Sesame Street Lyrics and Sounds ArchiveAs long as I'm tooting everyone else's horn, here's my 70s site. More than 700 songs and skits transcribed along with tons of sounds to download and enjoy.
TV ARK The Television MuseumThe mother of all TV memories sites, based in the UK. It includes loads of great Game Shows, and a marvy listing of Kids TV from way back when, wonderful stuff.
The Magic Roundabout - Seeing as the previous site seems to have dropped this great childhood memory from their list, here's a nice site for the show with some pics and memories of Dougal, Florence, Brian, Ermitrude, the whole darn gang. Good links to other sites as well.
BBC Cult Classic TVMany more memories from the BBC here with loads of video clips.
TV PartyAnd, man, what a party it is! Oodles of audio and video clips from the 50's on up and great retro pics. Well worth a click and a bookmark.
Sitcoms OnlineFor sitcoms in general and from way back it's hard to beat this place. Oodles of quality sites, just click on any letter for a list of names (HINT: Right-click on the links in the left frame window, especially ones marked "site guide", to open in a new browser window as often as possible to cut down on loadtime, well worth the time either way). For a taste, have a peek at their amazing sites for Happy Days, Diff'rent Strokes, Mork and Mindy and The Courtship of Eddie's Father. NOTE: Bit out-of-date, so many of the off-site links may not work, but everything else seems intact.
DeeT's 70s PageWow! The sounds of the '70's live and breathe right here with great TV themes, commercials and lots more. Nice collection of .avi files here, that should whet your appetite! Just a boy, his tape recorder and a dream, I think I'm in love.
Krofft NetRemember "H.R. Pufnstuf", "The Bugaloos", "Lidsville", "Land of the Lost" and "Electra Woman" (to name but a few Krofft shows)? Then glide on over here to join the fun again. Also check out the
Squidoo guide for some multimedia.
The Enchanted World of Rankin BassNice fanpage for the company that brought "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer", "The Little Drummer Boy" and "Frosty the Snowman" among many other classics into our livingrooms.
TV LandGreat blast from the past site coutesy of the US cable channel, explore it all! Go to the individual show links for pictures and sounds (make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off).
RetroLandAnother great site for memories of the '50s right through to the '90s (remember them?), with video clips of all your faves. Uses Quick Time. Also, don't miss their collection of '70s Fashions and '70s Toys.
TV ToysGood collection of articles and pics from many retro shows. Also includes some for sale.
Nostalgia CentralFab flashback to 70s TV in Britain (plenty of shows you'll recognize if you're in North America).
Stan FrebergYou may not recall the name but this comedy genius was everywhere in the '50s-'70s. The voice of Pete Puma, if that rings a bell. Lots of Real Audio and .wav files along with numerous scripts to enjoy.
Dick GautierYou may remember this funny, handsome guy best as Hymie the robot on "Get Smart" or as Robin Hood in Mel Brooks' wacky "When Things Were Rotten", but did you know he was also a talented artist? Check out his Art Gallery here on his very own official site. Nice stuff and many memories via his Showbiz Stuff page.
The Non-Stick Looney PageAs in Looney Tunes, and how! Includes the wonderful jam-packed Looney Tunes SoundSource, where the Stan Freberg Pete Puma sounds are housed, and an amazing Picture Gallery.

Scooby DooScooby-Dooby-Dooooo! Great starting point for your Scooby-surf here, lots of links, pics and info to enjoy.
Simon in the Land of Chalk DrawingsIf you're too young to have seen this wonderful little cartoon in the '70s then you may recall Mike Meyers' impression on "Saturday Night Live". Excellent episode guide here, images and the theme song to enjoy ... "Well you know my name is Simon, and the things I draw come true, Oh pictures take me, take me over, Climb the ladder with you."
David Soul FansThe only link you need for the hunky cops on "Starsky and Hutch". It concentrates on David's career but includes all of the other quality links I could find for the series and Paul Michael Glaser. I originally grabbed some pics from their old site from a little movie I hold a special place in my heart for, Dogpound Shuffle. This movie was filmed in Vancouver when we were living there and they ended up using my parents' restaurant/bar (The Waltzing Matilda) for some scenes. All I can remember (I was about 10) was bringing David a LOT of coffee and staring at him with those puppy-dog eyes! The pics can be found here on The Four Ways' site (my parents' band).
That '70s ShowOfficial site for the now cancelled show, they still seem to appreciate the decade just as much as we do, great stuff!
WKRP In CincinnatiSome goodies here for the fan, also check out the episode guide and this fan site with some good links

The Big List Of Movie MistakesDid you know that Darth Vader's lightsabre is colorless in one scene of "Star Wars"? Or wonder what happened to the Orca's huge fishing chair Quint attaches himself to in "Jaws"? Did you catch the microphone coming down from the ceiling in "Saturday Night Fever"? Grab some trivia to annoy your friends with here.
The Movie Cliches ListThey're all here. Dogs that always bark at the bad guys and the fact that there are always people carrying around large sheets of glass on the street during a car chase.
The Movie Sounds PageFabulous and packed with loads of movie sounds (includes exact description and size of each)
Star Wars TrilogyThe official site for the mother of all sci-fi movies. Packed with fascinating info. I still have my ticket from the first time I saw it (didn't keep the other 14 tickets I bought that summer!).
