Pool H Round-Robin Game
Game 1
The Brotherhood of kroD decided to take three wights, and heal one for pus. Watership Down chose instead to take four wights. WD set off in an unusual 1/2-army flank to the west, and their ghols were able to hunt both of kroD's wights. WD then initiated an archer war, which they lost despite the aid of a wight and some ghols, due to half of their archers being out of bowshot behind the wall. Xmas Dorf's warriors then charged into the mob of WD thrall and were cut down from behind by Fiver's warriors. Not even a final pus attack could save kroD from defeat, although it did steal WD's max-points victory. Game 2
Both armies chose a similar mix of units, opting for two wights and a medium collection of archers. WD chose to take a 50/50 flank center and south, kroD going for a massive warrior flank south. WD charged the center, and got wighted and cut down by archers. Meanwhile, kroD's warrior flank was annihilated and WD's flanking force ran north to die by archer fire as well. kroD were easily able to clean up, and took five flags for the win. The sixth flag was theirs for the taking, if they had been at all organised. Game 3
WD tagged both center and flank flags; kroD tagged one of the center flags and all of the outlying flags, resulting in a game of CTF. WD coordinated a nice attack as kroD bungled theirs, resulting in a quick win for the rabbits of Watership Down. Match Summary (films)
Watership Down show competent skills in this set of three games, but the one time they needed coordination in the second game, it let them down. Fortunately, kroD were less organised and failed to tag all 6 flags in Game 2, giving WD the win. - Butcher
