The Forsaken took no wights, maximum infantry and a medium set of archers. Watership Down traded in four archers for four wights, and managed to get three nice wightings in on TF's archers and thrall. TF did a warrior charge and killed many archers, but got taken out. Meanwhile, their thrall engaged WD's thrall underwater and got sandwiched and taken out. Watership Down won the game with over half of their army remaining.

Watership Down took two wights, fourteen archers and nearly maximum infantry for this game, whereas TF took few archers, two wights for pus and a dwarf. WD's ghol nailed the enemy dwarf early on, and both armies quickly set up in juggernauts near the center. WD charged the bridge, sandwiched the enemy warriors with thrall and walked a wight in behind the enemy thrall... boom. They won the melee battle easily and cleaned up just as efficiently.

TF decided to take a fetch this game, and both armies headed to the center. A large and confusing battle started almost immediately; it's very hard to follow, but somehow WD won with 5 flags (?).

Watership Down trounces The Forsaken 3-0 in this match. Lots of painful melee slaughterings and piecemeal commitment mark TF's first MWC match.
