Two quite well-known orders of the bungie.net community face off and it tells one of these teams has been doing it's homework. Both teams go for full wights, but AN uses a whopping 5 of these for ghol pus. AMotT goes for 6 wights intended for old fashioned wightings. Some traffic difficulties occur in the Arch Mages' camp, but as one of it's members points out, such matters little in this game. AN does get their ghols across for wight hunting, but do not fare well. Only one wight is popped and the rest reach safety in the water. Fortunately for AN, AMotT don't put their wights on guard, so thrall fishing is successful and AMotT is not able to keep their wights in the water without constantly being harrassed by AN's undead. AN moves their ghols through the west and down behind AMotT's forces, avoiding the Mages' ghols. As the two teams stare each other down in center, a group of AMotT warriors and archers break off and charge in center. Being shot at and quickly withdrawn, confusion rules as no one knows how they moved. Some more ghol fights in AMotT's back yard occur before AN decides to charge center. AN's thrall lead and manage to get far before AMotT's forces decide to counter. AMotT has a hard time getting to the flag and contesting and AN's pus-armed ghols emerge from the rear and deal some critical blows to AMotT's formations. Total chaos erupts in center as both teams seem to have members lagging and almost all warriors are not fighting, but rather standing still. After some of the confusion has settled, AMotT tries desperatly to get thrall to contest the flag. They succeed twice, but AN finally pushes them back and holds the flag for the win.

AN gets the coveted north position in this game while AMotT gets the quite meager southeastern position. AN loses the opportunity of capturing the two center flags first and sends warriors to guard the northeast III flag. AMotT tries to send a warrior force which lingers near the flag for a while. AMotT sends all to defend the southernmost flag (V) and loses the center east flag (II). After the successful skirmish at center AN's trow stomp their way towards south and capture the flag with little fuss. AMotT tries to capture the northeast, but manage only to delay the game briefly with a sudden death. AN steps victorious out of game 3 with full points.
