Pool K Round-Robin Game
Game 1
The match started with an early archer skirmish, AW starting to lose and so backing down. The armies then stared at each other for the remainder of time, with a confrontation beginning around 4:00 remaining. SA brought a wight out but failed to use it to good effect, while AW's pair of wights did more damage to their army than the opposition. However, AW still won the game with over 20% of their army remaining. Game 2
AW had no wights, SA one (which was killed before submerging). Both sides stared at each other across the bridge for a while, and then SA decided to send all of its troops north. AW set where they were at the center while SA tagged all of the other flags, and didn't notice when Mat Cauthon's ghols managed to trick their thrall out of the final flag to tag 6. It seems Loser wasn't aware of the 6-flag terries ending. Final score: 5 flags to 1 for SA. Game 3
SA was slow to move this game, and AW tagged their 'home' flag out from under them before their warriors and berserkers could arrive. They quickly took all 5 flags to win, leaving an astonished SA wondering what happened. Match Summary (films)
A closely-fought match, with games decided by little things - units slow off the mark, AW being unaware of the 6-flag terries ending, and WarDemon's decision to continue despite OOS in Game 1. - Butcher
