Pool P Round-Robin Game
Game 1
Ploaf take two wights, FFC opting for archers instead. Ploaf's wights encounter no resistance and are submerged successfully. When sudden death starts, Ploaf are able to nail FFC's archers with a wight and push FFC away from the flag to secure the win. Game 2
Ploaf takes two wights and a dwarf this game, lots of archers and few ghols. FFC goes for three wights, maximum infantry and few archers. Ploaf's army travels in both north and south flanks and a center 'anvil', while FFC remains at the center in a single unit. Ploaf's wights are successfully inserted, while FFC's three are all chased out of the river. FFC sends all of their ghols and six warriors south in a flank, but unfortunately these warriors are left sitting at the SW flag under heavy archer fire and just stand there to die. FFC charge the bridge; Ploaf has two wights under the water, but their wighting attempts are pitiful and FFC's infantry makes it across the bridge almost unscathed. They slam into Ploaf's center force and take it out, however FFC lose almost all their warriors doing so. When the Ploaf flank forces arrive at the middle, their warriors run into the mob of FFC thrall instead of waiting for the archers to deal with them, and are quickly defeated. This tactic does manage to delay FFC for a while, and their ghols show no interest in Ploaf's remaining flags, letting Ploaf pull off a very lucky 3-3 win. Game 3
Ploaf take a strong center, and manage to tag both center flags and both flank flags. FFC's main army is slaughtered in the middle, and Ploaf's two remaining trow easily take out their warrior defense to tag five flags, while FFC's only remaining trow tries futilely to attack Ploaf's defense. Match Summary (films)
Fight For Christ are outmatched totally in this set of games, but manage to save some face in Game 2 thanks to the Pimento Loafers' split-army-and-charge-individually strategy. - Butcher
