Game 1
Well, we did manage to play one game; the Dwarves won it rather convincingly, Blade of Thorns putting up a stiff fight but a lack of practice showing through. However, further games were plagued by both silent and overt OOS. I had to leave and supervise the other matches that were taking place that evening, but Case tells me that Blade of Thorns wishes to forfeit the match and withdraw from the Myth World Cup. When I asked Case what had happened, and whether the match needed to be rescheduled due to OOS, he replied: Though OOS played a major role in extending the match for much too long, they had no part in BoT's decision to concede the matches. We were no match for #CP# on the chosen maps, and our inexperience on them showed. We appreciate the chance to enjoy the tournament, but #CP# deserves to advance, without a rematch. Game 2

Match Summary (films)
It's a shame to see Blade of Thorns leaving the Myth World Cup in this way. I was looking forward to seeing their matches, and would have wished them a warrior's defeat, not a coward's. :) Seriously, though, we all know what it's like to have other commitments and time pressures dangling over your head. Heck, even I have had to re-evaluate my Myth time lately, and we all know how much time I have to burn! Best of luck to you, and we hope to see you when you return... for Myth II. - Butcher
