"Way back in the Dark Ages of Myth. There were these two GREAT ancient
armies that were among the elite of warriors. Each meeting upon the
field of battle was described by onlookers as the ultimate in tactical
carnage. Unfortunately, only one army would walk away victorious,
leaving the defeated to lick their wounds, raise their dead (thrall do
have to come from somewhere after all), and get ready for the battle
they knew would come again the following day.
This went on and on from sun up to sun set, day after day...
One special day, after 10 very hard fought battles that ended in a draw,
the two leaders met in the middle of the battlefield and decided to
fight for the ultimate victory.
This too went on and on from sun up to sun set with no victor to be
found..
It was then the idea came to the two armies, (with the help of a third
army rushing to attack them from over the hill, hoping to pick on their
weary conditions..) that by joining forces, they could crush all who
opposed them.
Now when we tread down the dark paths at night, our enemies run and hide
behind the trees and rocks.. It could not be fear of fair battle that
would make them shake in their boots. But that is no matter to this
Motley Bunch. As the name describes.. You can fight us honorably and
lose a good battle, or you can hide like the horrid little, suiciding,
campers you are. Either way, your outcome is death..."
Death or Honor (DoH) is a combination of tournament-loving Myth veterans
from the Orders TWF and BMF. Both were formed early on in the days of
Myth:TFL. DoH was formed during the long campaign of the first Knights
of Eblis Tournament, taking the place of TWF in the tournament (although
Taft insisted that the name TWF still be used), and won that tournament
decisively. Currently, DoH is in the Men of Rohan tournament and the
Myth World Cup (obviously), and is considering hosting a gigantic
parallel team and individual tournament called the Chaoscup Tournament.
