- Background - Childhood:Jennifer grew up the eldest of 3 children in the cosmopolitan city of Montreal. She travelled throughout the nearer systems to the terran system on various family vacations and became fascinated with inter-stellar travel. She was a bit of a tom-boy growing up, but upon reaching adolescence more of her feminine side began to appear. A precocious and highly intelligent child, she grew up a happy and well-adjusted. Jennifer still has a strong and warm relationship with her parents and brothers.
- Background - Academy:: Jennifer entered the Academy with the ultimate goal of being a physician and she did not disapoint herself, her parents, or her instructors. She excelled at medicine and surgery while all the time winning her weight class during her remaining 5 years at the Academy in open martial arts competitions (both strking and grappelling), and swimming on the Academy's swim team. She was noted as ambitious and a quick and eager study.
