BREAD IN 1000 WAYS    

Baking industry threatens that many old bread recipes become forgotten. For the pleasure of making bread at home, the smell of bread baking in the oven, the family gathering around freshly baked bread there is no substitute. This is certainly not to say that we should bake bread at home every day, as our ancestors did, but a few times a month would provide great family enjoyment. 
For those purpose original recipes for bread, pastries and cookies are being collected within the project Bread – World Heritage. It is not only the recipes for bread that are collected but also their “identity cards”. 
When the number of collected recipes reaches about 1000, probably in a few years, a book of 1000 recipes for bread will be published
