 x % y                   Produces the remainder when x is divided by y
 
    The % operator produces the remainder of x divided by y.  Neither
    operand may be of type float.  Type conversion is performed as
    necessary, using the usual arithmetic conversions.  Example:
 
           z = 10 % 3           /* z = 1 */
