has finally become a reality after
many deliberations over the future of the physical Writing Center. This new service has been made possible so that more
and more people will feel inclined to visit the Writing Center without much reluctance. Also, it's a way of serving better
the needs of those who visit us at the Writing Center.
Obviously, one cannot force people to come to the place if they think their writing is sufficiently good -- but
you never know what you can learn, or discover, when you step into the place. Apart from friendly tutors, you will
most definitely feel at ease with the place due to the wavering smell of brewing coffee. Oh yeah, there are biscuits too
in case you're hungry (it's also a good way of bribing people) and waiting for a paper to be seen to.
If you are a newcomer to the , do not despair. The staff, the director included,
will still be alive in flesh and will be happy to assist you with any queries you have. Okay, so you have heard all these
platitudes before, but they are very much true.
Now that we have dispensed with the formalities, we hope that you take note and spread the word -- that we are ONLINE!!
Also, if you have any friends interested in POL-211, or diplomacy, do inform them about this site as since
Fall 1999, is the exclusive, ancillary site firmly rooted on this site.
In any event, we hope that you enjoy going around this site and using its services.
