The Deluxe Town Diner, at 627 Mount Auburn Street in Watertown, MA is a delightful place to eat aftetr dark -- the lights inside and out lend just the right atmosphere for a burger, chops, or something a little healthier (but save room for dessert). Midweek evenings are less crowded and nobody hovers around to to scoot you out before you've finished your coffee (like they do at the Rosebud).
