This site has been created with Frontpage and as thus has been designed to take advantage of Internet Explorer. Efforts have been made to make it's appearance compatible with Netscape also. However to find a happy medium between browsers is not always possible.

The main problem is the alignment of text in the navigation frames.  If you find some of the text is 'cut off' click and drag the bar between the navigation frame and main frame to suit the settings of your browser.
