*** Physical Description: Tsivil is rather Plain looking, with medium length hair that is almost always put in a pony tail
to keep it out of the way while she’s at the telescope. She’s not particularly thin, but she’s not super fat.
She keeps away from the fancy stuff like high heels and makeup, preferring simple shoes that stress comfort while at long
hours in front of a computer screen and standing under the mass of a telescope. If anything, she would be lost in a crowd,
because she has few things that make her stand out. The only exception to this are the scars from a dog attack on her inner
thigh from when she was a child.
*** Background: Originally from the islands of Surrey BC, Canada, she came to the United States to further her career in astrophysics.
She was top of her graduating class and her skills with computers and Astronomy quickly made her known across North America.
After several years in the spot light, she decided to further her career by working at Blackhill Observatory (Um...it’s
in the general region of Rouge City....If The terrain is suitable for a large observatory!)
During this time, she began taking in older models of Mecha and upgrading them to help out. She eventually became a voice
for Mecha rights. It was about five years after this that she attained Sirus and adopted him into her clan of mecha and orga.
Presently she is still at Blackhill observatory, working with reflector, Xray, and various other kinds of telescopes available
to her.
As for the Dog attack, it happened when she was 8 and an un registered dog bit her while she was pestering it. Ever since
then she’s been afraid of dogs.
*** Personality: Devoted, peaceful and Easy to get a long with. She is non obtrusive, but can be a real B*TCH when someone
is being uncaring and blatantly ignorant. Her work in Mecha rights has taught her patience, but because she’s human,
she slips into an occasional cat fight. She hates people treating mecha like garbage.
She treats Mecha as if they were her children,as she cannot have any of her own. She respects mecha, tries to understand them
and treats them as if they were orga themselves. She sees nothing wrong with them and feels they deserve respect because they
do so much work for society.
She cares for herself ok. It has become such a problem that she had Sirus programmed to remind her to eat of she’d spent
more than 8 hours without food.
If something exciting grabs her mind, she loses herself in her own little world and is know to mumble stuff that only she
understands.
*** Objectives: Her long term Goals are split between helping wear away the stigma against mecha and furthering her career
in Astronomy. She is close to winning a long deserved/earned award for her efforts in astrophysics.
Short term goals include keeping Sirus upgraded and happy and trying to have a little fun in her highly scientific life.

*** Special Quirks, Flaws, Abilities, Etc:
Tsivil is a COMPUTER GEEK! She knows the ins and outs of computers, how to install windows without doing it a million times....
She is a mathematician and above all a SCIENTIST. Her world is numbers and theories and cracking mysteries and observing details.
Sometimes she can be quite absent minded. She can do things in her mind that would disgust the average orga. The only ones
that do a better job of complex calculations are her mecha co workers.
Sirus is her favorite mecha in the whole wide world. She may know computers, but she has no idea how mecha work, and hires
a close friend to do customized upgrades and the such to the observatory mecha. Sirus is her child, her friend, her comrade
in science. He is the most heavily upgraded of the observatory mecha and she would hate to see the old model assistant come
to an unfortunate end. She protects him fiercely as any mother would a child, but does so with words. She bursts with pride
every time he is complemented on. She teases him and is constantly talking to him, and the fact some of her jokes fall on
confused audio sensors means nothing to her.
The reason why she is so close to Sirus is that he was dumped on the roadside when she found him. He was in such bad repair
that she tried finding the orga owner and getting him arrested. Unfortunately she failed in this matter and took it upon herself
to improve Sirus and his life immensely.
Because she can become absent minded so easily, Tsivil can get into some real trouble if there is a deadline or other things
to do. However a gentle reminder usually draws her out of her own secluded world.
She is clueless as to what the new “Upgrade” Sirus is caring. As far as she’s concerned, it simply enhances
Sirus’ abilities as an Astronomer’s assistant.
One of TSivil’s odder habits is to carry around a bag of things called Nutriberries, which are essentially balls of
bird seed mixed with fruit or veggies. They actually belong to the Blackhill Observatory’s mascot, Sunny the Sun Conure.
She loves the bird dearly and seems to have a fondness for chowing down the Nutriberries when she’s bored.
