Eric played in the UAAP for Ateneo from 1986 to 1990 and Swift in the PBL in 1990. He was also a part of the National Team in 1991 while playing for A&W.

He started with Swift in the PBA in 1992 up to 1996. Then he moved to Mobiline in 1997 until 2000. After that, he signed-up for Alaska in 2001.

He is married to Michelle Concepcion Reyes and now has a baby named Michaela Katrina. He finished B.S.
Management in Ateneo de Manila.
