Sessions Clock Company.

The Welch Clock Company manufactured clocks in Bristol, Connecticut, U.S.A. from 1864 to 1903.

In 1903 the company was split up and part of it became the Sessions Clock Company. William K.Sessions and Albert Sessions ran two factories located in Bristol and Forestville, Connecticut.

In 1956, the name was changed to The Sessions Clock Company, and they continued to manufacture clocks until about 1968. The factories were closed in 1970.
