Blood: The Last Vampire was an awesome movie, to say the least. The animation is excellent, the character design was unique, the music was of theatric quality, and the story was cool.
Speaking of the story... it was about this girl named Saya. She is the supposed "last remaining original." Because of this, she is being used for some odd reason to fight against other demons. These demons feed off of human blood, and they don't belong in our realm. So off Saya goes, unsheathes her sword and shamlessly; flawlessly; without remorse, kills her victims. She's relentless. It's awesome.
Anyway, when she gets transferred to a school district, she encounters a nice school nurse. The rest of the story is the account of the nurse and what happens to her. It's her story about her encounters with the demon kind. Ha ha ha.
There is a lot of blood, needless to say. There is a lady in the bathtub, but you can't see anything on her. There are "mamas" who own bars. If you didn't know, these are scary freak-dudes wearing kimonos, talking like women, and wearing makeup. Also, there are swear words... including the dreaded "f-word!" OOH! And more mature, occultish themes. So if you like this kinda thing, see it. If you're too queasy with blood... DON'T.

There was ONE thing that bothered me about this movie. I don't know what, but hey. . . anyway . . . Saya is the last vampire alive. She hunts demons. She has a spiffy sword that she uses to slice 'em up. She's really quick, efficient, and more useful than a sack of rocks! Anyway, she kills a man on a subway, and then she's stationed at a high school.
While there, she attacks the few demons she finds. Unfortuneatly, a school nurse gets involved. . . she's such a genuinely NICE lady! I felt so bad for her. . . she'd scream and get all upset. . . and all she was trying to do was help!! There isn't a whole lot I can say without spoiling something . . .
Some things to watch out for. . . Swearing, a nude lady in a tub (no detail. . .), blood and gore, demons, etc.

Blood: The Last Vampire was a neato-bandito show about the last vampire in the world; Saya. She is out to kill demons, and she gets stationed at a school. While there, demons attack and she's got to defend! For either gender, with kickass girl Saya and gore, blood and demons on the male side, we've got ourselves a winner! Watch for blood and gore, mature thingies, etc.
